Begin laying down on back. Bring knees up with feet on the ground. Take your right leg and cross with the left leg with the foot on the knee making a 90˚ angle. Repeat with the left leg. Hold 30 seconds each side. Repeat 2 times. |
Seated Gluteal StretchBegin by sitting down with legs out straight. Bend your right leg and cross it over the left. Take your right arm and hold it over the knee and leg while twisting the back as much as possible to feel a stretch. Do the same with the left. Hold 30 seconds each side. Repeat 2 times.

Accessories needed: Strap Begin laying down and put the strap loop on the arch of the foot. Begin with the right leg and pull the leg up with the strap as far as possible to get a stretch in the hamstring. Hold for 30 seconds. Slowly pull the leg to the side creating a stretch in the hip adductors and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat on the left side. |
